Bad Traffic is a seven-piece instrumental funk group comprised of Valley Christian High School students and alumni that was created in 2007 by David Creel and Michael Morrison.  The band frequently writes their own music, but also enjoys incorporating tunes from their favorite artists into their repertoire.  Some of their influences include Freddie Hubbard, Tower of Power, Stevie Wonder, and the RH Factor.  Their music focuses on the intensity created through improvisation, as well as the power of a solid groove.
